lawyer PIETRO FRANCESCO FOCARDI

 Lawyer Pietro Francesco Focardi was born on 22 May 1983. He graduated in Law in 2012 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Florence with a thesis in Philosophy of Law, with Prof. Luigi Lombardi Vallauri as his supervisor. In June 2008, he obtained a Masters degree in "Law and Investigation Technique" from the Faculty of Law of the University of Siena. Since 2012 she has been practising law at the Attorney Michele Lai's firm, with whom he still partners today. In 2014 he obtained the title of 'Civil and Commercial Mediator' at the Association for Dispute Resolution 'AS-Connet' in collaboration with the Free People's University 'Harmonia'. He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2017. His area of expertise is civil law and the main subjects in which he has gained experience are contract law, debt collection, labour law, lease law, copyright law, consumer law and the appeal of administrative sanctions. He is fluent in English.
